Storeperson with Forklift

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Storeperson with Forklift to join our team working with one of our valued clients in the rail and logistics industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, safety-focused individuals looking to secure ongoing work with immediate starts available.

About the Role

Your duties may include:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Completing pre-start checks on forklifts and equipment
• Loading and unloading forklift duties
• Maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems
• Warehouse storeman duties (Picking and packing goods on delivery and dispatch)

Roster & Hours

• Monday to Friday roster
• Day Shift
• Likely hours will be 7am - 3pm/ 6am - 2pm- Monday to Friday
• Weekend work may be required depending on operational requirements
• Work is likely required for 2 months, ongoing for the right person
• Overtime available based on workload and business needs
• Immediate start available

What we are looking for

To be successful, you will require:

• Current LF High Risk Work Licence (Forklift Licence)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable transport
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience
• Sound computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to provide recent work references that can verify your forklift operating experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Successful applicants will be required to complete:
• Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
• Programmed Safety on the Web (PSW) Induction
• Client-specific onboarding requirements
